PLACING AN ORDER

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at BagNestify.com without creating an account and check out as a guest. If you create an account, you’ll also be able to:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases

  • Save your address and payment details for faster checkout

  • Apply store credit to your next purchase

What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details. Registered users can also log in to their account to check order status.

Are your items true to size?
Yes, our products are true to size. For the best fit, please refer to the size charts provided on each product page.

How do I choose my size?
Check the size information on each product page. Compare the measurements with your own items to find the best fit.

Note: "One size" means that there is only one size available for this product, not that it fits all sizes.

Is the color of the item exactly the same as what I see online?
We do our best to display the actual color as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or photography.

Why did an item disappear from my shopping cart?
Sometimes an item may go out of stock while you are shopping and is removed from your cart before checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why was my order canceled?
We try to keep our inventory up to date, but occasionally items sell out before the website reflects the change. If items in your order are unavailable, we will notify you and process a refund for those items. The rest of your order will be shipped as normal.

Can I add, change, or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Please contact us immediately. In most cases, we can make adjustments before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order has been sent, we cannot make changes.

PAYMENT METHODS & VERIFICATION

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major debit/credit cards supported through PayPal, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Shipping address different from billing address
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be reviewed. You may be contacted via email, which may delay shipping.

Why do I need to verify my payment?
Some orders are randomly selected for verification to protect our customers and prevent fraud. If we cannot verify your information, your order may be canceled without notice.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and ship orders within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Some complex orders may require additional processing time.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Standard shipping supports P.O. Box addresses. Express shipping does not. If you choose express shipping to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to adjust the shipping method or address.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information. You can track your package to see its location and estimated delivery date.

Why isn’t my shipping information updated?
While your package is in transit, updates may not appear until it reaches the next facility. It may take a few days for tracking to reflect new activity.
