New Users and Newsletter

All new users may be subscribed by default to our newsletter unless opted out during registration.

Order Shipping and Split Shipments

BagNestify.com may ship from multiple warehouses. Orders with multiple items may be split into separate packages depending on stock availability. Orders are processed according to the estimated dispatch time on the website. If an item is delayed, we will contact you with options via our Support Center. Customers may also contact us for requests or adjustments.

Reviews and Comments

All submissions to the site, including ideas, reviews, comments, or suggestions (“Submissions”), are treated as non-confidential. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

BagNestify.com may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including for pricing errors, stock limitations, or verification issues. Orders for special occasions may be delayed; customers should plan ahead. Ownership of products transfers to the buyer upon dispatch, and third-party logistics liability applies.

Bugs and Typographical Errors

Remedies

Customer Code of Conduct

We expect polite, professional, and reasonable behavior. Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff may result in refusal of service or order cancellation. Repeated vexatious complaints, false claims, or attempts to bypass policies are prohibited.

Complaint Escalation

If dissatisfied with Customer Service solutions, you may escalate a complaint through:

Report missing packages within 3 months of shipment (4 months for Latin America). Expedited delivery issues must be reported within 3 months. We respond to complaints within 24 hours (weekends excluded).
