Return & Exchange Policy

At BagNestify, we have strict quality control standards to ensure that all products are shipped in good condition. However, returns or exchanges may still be necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Before Returning, Please Note:

  1. Please contact us before sending the item back for a refund. We do not accept returns that are sent back without prior approval.

  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

  3. We only refund the price of the item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned package.

15 Days Easy Return

Returns can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. Items are eligible for return if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and show no signs of wear
  • Items must be in good condition and suitable for resale
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Please return the item through your local post office and include your return information in the package. After shipping the return, please email us the tracking number, carrier, and your order number.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please report such issues within 7 days of delivery.

We will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.

Return / Exchange Steps

  1. Email us at service@bagnestify.com to request a return or exchange

  2. Follow the instructions provided by the BagNestify support team

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging

  4. Send the package via your local postal service

  5. Email us the tracking information after the package has been shipped

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
